Auction Terms & Conditions - Open bidding will take place during Monday, July 14th at 9AM and will end on Thursday, July 17th at 1PM. 

Immediately after the close of the auction the high bidder will be required to sign the agreement of sale (AOS) via DotLoop, which will be emailed for electronic signature.  Buyer(s) must submit deposit of 10% by wire transfer only.  Wire transfer will be sent to Fulton Bank.  Wire transfer must happen by the close of business after the auction closes.  Balance due in 30 days.  The successful bidder at the auction will be contacted by auction company with wiring instructions.

The 10% Buyer's Premium will be the added to the high bid amount and become part of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the 2% real estate transfer taxes, deed preparation and closing costs.
