Terms and Conditions
Personal Property - All items must be paid in full day of auction. Cash, Pennsylvania checks and credit cards accepted. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price for each item sold to be paid by the Buyer(s). A 3.5% surcharge fee will be added to those paying by credit card.
Car Terms: NO BUYER'S PREMIUM ON THE SALE OF THE CAR. Car must be paid in full day of auction. If paying by check, check must clear prior to pickup of the vehicle.
