Bidder Registration

1. I understand that the terms and conditions of this auction will be strictly enforced, with no exceptions.
2. I certify that I currently have sufficient funds to immediately meet the deposit requirements specified in the Agreement of Sale. (The Full Agreement of Sale is located under the Documents tab.)
3. I understand that the Agreement of Sale is a legally binding contract and is not contingent upon financing, further inspections, appraisals, or any other conditions.
4. I understand that if I am the highest and successful bidder, I must immediately sign the Real Estate Agreement of Sale.
5. A copy of this registration will be emailed to me. I understand that I must print and bring a copy of this form with me to the auction.

THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. YOU MUST PRINT AND BRING A COPY OF THIS FORM ALONG WITH YOUR CERTIFIED FUNDS ON AUCTION DAY TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
