A deposit of 10% will be collected at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due in 45 days. There is a 10% buyer premium that will be added to the high bid price and become part of the purchase price. 

Please visit the documents tab for the complete agreement of sale. This auction is not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, survey (property lines), study period or inspections of any kind, as agreed to by bidders at registration prior to bidding, and specified in the Agreement of Sale. Property is sold in as-is condition with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.

For Online Bidders - In order to be a qualified bidder online, a $10,000 deposit must be submitted to Fortna Auctioneers and held in escrow 48 hours prior to the auction. If the online bidder is the successful bidder at the auction, the remaining 10% deposit must be wired into the Fortna Auctioneers escrow account within 24 hours from the auction date and will sign the agreement of sale electronically immediately  after the auction. If the online buyer is the unsuccessful bidder at the auction, the $10,000 deposit will be immediately returned.
