I understand that if I am the highest and successful bidder, I must immediately sign the Real Estate Agreement of Sale.
A copy of this registration will be emailed to me. I understand that I must print and bring a copy of this form with me to the auction.

By checking this box, the Bidder acknowledges receiving, reading and understanding the referenced Agreement of sale and its addendum and agrees to be bound by the Agreement of Sale incorporated by reference herein if the Buyer is recognized as the high bidder by the Auctioneer. I hereby certify that I have personally inspected the property being sold in its “As-Is” Condition. I acknowledge that I have fully read and understand the agreement of sale. The buyer is responsible for ALL closing costs and transfer tax associated with the transfer of this property.
