auction after our consultation meeting, Fortna Auctioneers will then prepare an auction and marketing
proposal for a minimum cost which will be a blueprint of where exactly your property will be marketed.
This will list the names of the publications where your sale will be advertised along with the size of
the ads, distribution amounts and more. A detailed list will also be provided explaining the variety of
services you will receive as a seller.

Appraisals – Fortna Auctioneers & Marketing Group has been in the real estate auction business for over
30 years. We have the expert knowledge to perform residential, commercial, and industrial or equipment
appraisal work for either personal date or insurance purposes. Fortna Auctioneers also has the resources
